  2. Build & maintain sales pipeline/CRM

  3. Cold calling, email campaigns
    1. Effective follow up
  4. Create long term strategy and short term result oriented plans to execute the strategy
    1. Effective reporting – execution details and result achieved
    2. Evaluate and re-adjust the plan, if required
  5. Target driven sales efforts
  6. Sales content creation/ownership
    1. Sales presentations
    2. Websites,
    3. Social media – linked in page etc

Experience

  1. Relevant experience in software services sales
  2. Strong business network/contact (preferably in US market)
  3. High work values & ethics
  4. Experience in leading sales efforts based on organization strategy
  5. Individual contributor
  6. Excellent communication skills – verbal, written
  7. Excellent listening skills
  8. Creative thinking, can-do attitude
  9. Should have managed team
  10. should be comfortable with goal oriented position
