We are expanding and seeking experienced Project Coordinators / Managers who can guide projects from contract to completion with precision, clear communication, and accountability.
Role Overview
This position ensures that every project moves efficiently through all stages — design, permitting, installation, inspection, and closeout. The Project Coordinator/Manager maintains visibility across multiple jobs, sets clear priorities, and uses our digital project management systems to keep information accurate and current.
Responsibilities

Manage solar PV and Tesla Powerwall projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Schedule and coordinate field crews, optimizing travel and daily deployment.

Use Asana and related software daily to assign, track, and close tasks — maintaining accurate project status at all times.

Review installation plans, permitting timelines, inspections, and interconnection steps to keep projects advancing.

Oversee and enforce proper documentation in job logs, photos, and troubleshooting reports.

Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment logistics.

Conduct pre-construction walks, kickoff meetings, and on-site safety checks.

Communicate proactively with clients, providing schedule updates and managing expectations.

Perform QA/QC and punch-list verification before project closeout.

Work closely with leadership to streamline processes, define priorities, and improve overall project flow.

Balance field oversight with office management — ensuring the right information, materials, and crews are in the right place at the right time.
Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in solar PV, battery storage, or electrical construction (required).

Proven ability to manage multiple active projects with structured prioritization.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana (required).

Field construction and crew management experience; able to maintain schedules and budgets.

Strong understanding of solar installation methods and residential electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret plans, one-lines, and permits.

Familiarity with Tesla Powerwall installation and commissioning (preferred).

Knowledge of NEC, permitting, and utility interconnection requirements.

Excellent client communication and organizational skills.

Proactive problem-solver with strong time management and follow-through.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Asana or related project management software and QuickBooks Time
Compensation and Benefits
